AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO WATERLOO
CABLEVISION, INC. , THE FRANCHISEE, TO TRANSFER CABLE
FRANCHISE TO MARCUS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. OF DALLAS ,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Pursuant to Section 9-1/2 - 34 of the Waterloo Code of
Ordinances , the Waterloo City Council does hereby grant permission
to Waterloo Cablevision, Inc. , the franchisee, to transfer said
cable franchise to Marcus Communication, Inc. , of Dallas , Texas.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25th day of April, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 27th day of April , 1988 .
