AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE SAN
MARNAN DRIVE FRONTAGE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJOINING LOT 3 ,
SOUTHBROOKE ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 3 of Southbrooke
Second Addition, thence south along the extended easterly
line of said Lot 3 a distance of 30 feet; then westerly along
a line 30 feet south of and parallel to the southerly line of
said Lot 3 a distance of 90 feet; thence northerly to the
southwest corner of said Lot 3 ; thence easterly to the point
of beginning, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 2nd day of May, 1988 , and approved by the
Mayor on the 4th day of May, 1988 .
