ORDINANCE NC. 3550
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 236 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 235, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Thirty-six
( 236) .
236.
Lot 5, Original Plat, Waterloo East, except the Southeast 75
feet of the Southwest 40 feet thereof, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" , Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" , Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 2nd day of May,
1988 , approved by the Mayor on the 4th day of May, 1988.
