AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SUBSECTIONS ( 3 ) , ( 4) AND ( 5 ) , ALL ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS;
AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 3 )
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE OF SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED
LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsections ( 3 ) , ( 4) , and ( 5) , all Ansborough Avenue, of
Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas , of the 1988
Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new
Subsection ( 3 ) Ansborough Avenue, of Section 541, Increasing Speed
Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 3 ) Ansborough Avenue From San Marnan Drive to Falls
Avenue--35 mph
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 9th day of May, 1988 , and approved by the
Mayor on the lath day of May, 1988 .
