AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FOREST AVENUE, EAST
OF WISCONSIN STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of Forest Avenue lying northerly of Lot 289 ,
Kenwood Park, except Highway, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of June, 1988 , and approved by the
Mayor on the 8th day of June, 1988 .
