ORDINANCE NO. 3558
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 237 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 236 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Thirty-seven ( 237 ) .
"237 .
Lots 46 and 47 , Brookeridge First Addition, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-1" Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 6th day of
June, 1988 , approved by the Mayor on the 8th day of June, 1988 .
