FRONTAGE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOYL\A,
as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of Lot 13 , Brookeridge
Addition ; thence westerly 200 . 04 feet a point of Addition; thence westerly 1\. to point of
intersection with the west line of said Lot 13 extended
southerly a distance of 30 feet; thence northerly a distance
of 30 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 13 ; thence
easterly a distance of 7 . 35 feet; thence southeasterly to the
point of beginning, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
