AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SOUTHWESTERLY TWO ( 2 ) FEET OF
SYCAMORE STREET FROM EAST THIRD STREET TO EAST PARK
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The Southwesterly two ( 2 ) feet of Sycamore Street adjoining
Lots 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 and 5 of Block 5 , Original Plat, Waterloo
East, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
