ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 239 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 238 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Thirty-nine
( 239) .
"239.
Unplatted Waterloo East Part of SW 1/4 Sec. 1 T 89 R 13 com
at SW cor Sec 1 th N 495 ft to pt of beg th N 315 ft th E par
with S line of sec 303 . 5 ft to a pt 300 ft E of center of
present Hwy 63 th S par with center of present paving 315 ft
th W par with S line of sec to pt of beg;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-i" ,
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" ,
Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
