BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: The 17 feet wide alley lying south of Lots 1 and 2 and north of Lot 4, Roth Park Camp, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s retention of an easement over, under and above the above described parcel.
