ORDINANCE NO. 3572
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FAIRBANKS DRIVE, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Fairbanks Drive commencing at the westerly ROW line of
Forrester Avenue, thence westerly to CRI & P Railroad, thence
northwesterly to easterly line Lot 13 Auditor Whitney' s Road
Plat Castle Hill, in the City of Waterloo Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: August 8, 1988
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 8, 1988
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION August 8, 1988
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION August 8, 1988
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 8th day of August, 1988, and approved by
