AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY ADDING
SECTION 360, PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE TICKETS AT
AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 360, Persons Authorized to Issue Tickets at
Airport, is hereby added to the 1988 Traffic Code as follows:
SECTION 360, PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE TICKETS AT AIRPORT.
The Airport Director, skycaps and maintenance personnel
employed by the Airport Commission are hereby authorized to issue
parking tickets for violations of Section 358 and 359.
INTRODUCED: August 8, 1988
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 8, 1988
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 8, 1988
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 8, 1988
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on this 8th day of
August, 1988 and approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on this 10th day of
August, 1988.
