ORDINANCE NO. 3574
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 19 TO SECTION 2A-7N, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 18 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Nineteen ( 19 ) .
"19 .
The tract of land described as: Commencing at a point 30 . 06
feet North of the NW corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 28 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
P.M. , in Black Hawk County, Iowa, thence North 286 . 29 feet;
thence East 305 feet; thence South 286 . 29 feet; thence West
303 . 8 feet to the place of beginning, containing two acres
more or less , all lying and situated in the SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4 of Section No. 21 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of
the 5th P.M. , excepting all legal highways, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" , Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" ,
Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning as above described. "
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance and site plan
indicated in attached Exhibit "A" , with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
