AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FAIRBANKS DRIVE IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Fairbanks Drive commencing at the westerly ROW line of
Forrester Avenue, thence westerly to the Waterloo, Cedar
Falls and Northern Railroad, thence northwesterly to the
easterly line of Lot 12, Auditor Whitneys Road Plat, in
Sections 16 and 21, Township 89 North, Range 13 West in
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of September, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of September, 1988 .
