ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. TWENTY ( 20 ) TO SECTION 2A-7N,
CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No.
Nineteen ( 19) , of said Section, the following Subsection No.
Twenty ( 20 ) .
"20.
The east 40 feet of the south 100 feet of Lot 12 in Block 3
of Hammond and Hopkins Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-Z" , Conditional Zoning District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
