AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT WITHIN KINGSWOOD SECOND ADDITION, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 20 foot drainage and utility easement shown on the Final
Plat of Kingswood Second Addition, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, lying between Lots 18 and 19
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of September, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of September, 1988.
