AN ORDINANCE VACATING A HAUL ROAD EASEMENT WITHIN
KINGSWOOD SECOND ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 50 foot temporary haul road easement shown on the Final
Plat of Kingswood Second Addition, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, along the westerly and northerly sides of
said plat;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 6 , 1988
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of September, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of September, 1988 .
