HomeMy WebLinkAbout3582-09/19/1988 ORDINANCE NO. 3582 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLUMBING CODE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING ARTICLE XV, INSPECTION FEES, AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW ARTICLE XV, INSPECTION FEES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: That Article XV, Inspection Fees, of the Plumbing Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Article XV, Inspection Fees, of the Plumbing Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows: ARTICLE XV Inspection Fees Collection of Inspection Fees . Statements for inspection fees will be rendered by the plumbing inspector on or about the first day of each month and shall be paid by the fifteenth day of the same month. If not paid on or before the prescribed date, permission to do work under the license granted shall be automatically cancelled, no further inspections made, and collection of fees due will be made through the bond of the delinquent. Inspection Fees.
