AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED
BETWEEN MARYLAND AND MITCHELL AVENUES IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The Westerly two ( 2) feet of the alley adjoining Lot 139 ,
Prospect Place, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under, and above the above
described parcel.
INTRODUCED: October 10, 1988
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 10 , 1988
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 10, 1988
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 10 , 1988
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 10th day of October, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 12th day of October, 1988.
