BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: That Subsections ( 22 ) and ( 23 ) Donald Street of Section 541 , Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas , of the 1988 Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new Subsections ( 22 ) and ( 23 ) Donald Street of Section 541 , Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1988 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows: ( 22 ) Donald Street - from Moline Road to Heath Street 30 mph ( 23 ) Donald Street - from Heath Street to Longfellow Avenue 35 mph That Subsection ( 63 ) Donald Street (W) of Section 551 , Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets , of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection ( 63 ) Donald Street (W) of Section 551 , Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows: ( 63 ) Donald Street (W) Both sides from Logan Avenue to Heath Street INTRODUCED: October 10 , 1988 PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 10 , 1988 PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 10 , 1988 PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 10 , 1988 Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the 10th day of October, 1988 , and approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of October, 1988 . ernard L.
