AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION ( 36) PROGRESS AVENUE OF SUBSECTION 2 OF
SECTION 569 , TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
( 36) PROGRESS AVENUE OF SUBSECTION 2 TO SECTION 569 ,
TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY
ADDING SUBSECTION ( 38a) RICHLAND DRIVE TO SUBSECTION 2
OF SECTION 569 , TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsection ( 36 ) Progress Avenue of Subsection 2 of
Section 569, Truck Traffic Prohibited on Certain Streets, of the
1988 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection ( 36 ) Progress Avenue of Subsection 2 of Section 569 ,
Truck Traffic Prohibited on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 36 ) Progress Avenue From Richland Drive to Cadillac
Drive
That Subsection ( 38a) Richland Drive is hereby added to
Subsection 2 of Section 569 , Truck Traffic Prohibited on Certain
Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code, as follows:
( 38a) Richland Drive From Progress Avenue to east
end of street
