AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 1) OF SECTION 2A-5C,
INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES, OF PART IV,
DISTRICT AND BOUNDARIES; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
A NEW SUBSECTION ( 1) OF SECTION 2A-5C, INTERPRETATION OF
DISTRICT BOUNDARIES, OF PART IV, DISTRICT AND
BOUNDARIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsection ( 1) of Section 2A-5C, Interpretation of
District Boundaries, of Part IV, District and Boundaries, of the
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, is hereby repealed in its entirety;
that new Subsection ( 1) of Section 2A-5C, Interpretation of
District Boundaries, of Part IV, District and Boundaries, of the
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
1. The district boundaries are either street center lines
or alley center lines, unless otherwise shown.
