AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION ( 13 ) THIRD STREET (W) OF SECTION 560, ONE
HOUR PARKING; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION ( 13 ) THIRD STREET (W) TO SECTION 560 , ONE
HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsection ( 13 ) Third Street (W) of Section 560, One
Hour Parking, of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection ( 13 ) Third Street (W) of Section
560 , One Hour Parking, of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows:
( 13 ) Third Street (W) Southeast and northwest side from
South Street to Washington Street;
northwest side in a southwesterly
direction from Jefferson Street to
the alley; northwest side in the
1400 block 150 feet in a northerly
direction from Sullivan; southeast
side in the 900 block 150 feet in a
northerly direction from Locust
