AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY NORTH OF BLACK HAWK ROAD
AND WEST OF PAUL AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The entire 16 foot wide alley adjacent to and northeasterly
of Lot 26, Block 34 of Hagerman Place, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: November 28 , 1988
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: November 28 , 1988
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 28 , 1988
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 28, 1988
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 28th day of November, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 30th day of November, 1988 .
