AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY ADDING
SUBSECTIONS ( 39a) GREENHILL ROAD AND ( 52a) KATOSKI DRIVE
TO SECTION 541 , INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS; AND BY REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 113 ) HACKETT ROAD OF
SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS ( 112c) GREENHILL ROAD
AND ( 145c) KATOSKI DRIVE TO SECTION 551 , PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsections ( 39a) Greenhill Road and ( 52a) Katoski Drive
are hereby added to Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in
Certain Areas, of the 1988 Traffic Code, as follows:
( 39a) Greenhill Road - from Rainbow Drive to Katoski Drive
45 mph
( 52a) Katoski Drive - from Greenhill Road to Black Hawk Road
45 mph
That Subsection ( 113 ) Hackett Road of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code is hereby repealed in its entirety. That Subsections ( 112c)
Greenhill Road and ( 145c) Katoski Drive, are hereby added to
Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets,
of the 1988 Traffic Code, as follows:
( 112c) Greenhill Road Both sides from Rainbow Drive to
Katoski Drive
( 145c) Katoski Drive Both sides from Greenhill Road to
Black Hawk Road

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 12th day of December, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 14th day of December, 1988 .
