ORDINANCE NO. 3608 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF COUNCIL MEMBERS OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3406. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: That the salary of Council members shall be as follows: Section 1 . The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall receive an annual salary of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and 00/100ths Dollars ( $3 ,950. 00) beginning July 1, 1990 and Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and 00/100ths Dollars ( $4 , 350 . 00 ) for the calendar year beginning January 1, 1991 . That this ordinance by virtue of its enactment, repeals any and all ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith.
