r` r WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That street conveyed to the City of Waterloo on July 3 , 1951 ,
c and known as Arbor Street extending from the northeasterly
;, line of Commercial Street to a line 20 feet west of and
• parallel to the east line of Lots 34 and 35 in South Waterloo
x Addition, said street being 50 feet in width;
shall be and the same hereby vacated, with the City' s retention of
a permanent utility easement over, under and above the above
described parcel.
INTRODUCED: January 9 , 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: January 9 , 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: January 9 , 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: January 9 , 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 9th day of January, 1989 , and approved by
the Mayor Pro Tem on the llth day of January, 1989 .
