AN ORDINANCE VACATING COLORADO STREET BETWEEN EIGHMEY
AND DEWAR STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of Colorado Street as platted in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, between the south line of
Eighmey Street to the north line of Dewar Street, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: February 6 , 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: February 6 , 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: February 6 , 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: February 6, 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of February, 1989, and approved by
the Mayor Pro Tem on the 8th day of February, 1989 .
