ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 244 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 243 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Forty-four
( 244 ) .
"244 .
Original Plat Waterloo East Lot 7 , Block 21 , Lot 9 , Block 21 ,
Lot 10, Block 21 , also NEly 6 feet Water Street adjacent on
SW of Lots 9 and 10 and the NWly 1 foot of East 9th Street
adjacent to Lot 9 on SE in Block 21 , all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light
Industrial District, as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
