AN ORDINANCE VACATING ANSBOROUGH AVENUE NORTH OF RAINBOW
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21-89-13 , thence
northerly 24 . 15 feet along the east line of said Section to
the Point of beginning, thence continuing northerly along the
east line of said Section a distance of 361. 55 feet , thence
northwesterly 26 .9 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 63
California Subdivision, thence southerly along the east line
of Lots 63 , 64, 65, 66, 67 , 68 and 71 to a point that is 125
feet south of the northeast corner of Lot 71 California
Subdivision, thence southwesterly along a curve concave
northwesterly and having a radius of 20 feet to the point of
intersection with the northeasterly line of Rainbow Drive,
thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of Rainbow
Drive extended to its point of intersection with the
southerly extension of the easterly line of Lot 71 California
Subdivision, thence southeasterly 26.9 feet to the Point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
