AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTH 30 FEET OF EAST SAN
MARNAN DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJOINING LOT 2, SOUTHBROOKE
SECOND ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 2 of Southbrooke
Second Addition; thence south along the extended easterly
line of said Lot 2 a distance of 30 feet; thence westerly
along a line 30 feet south of and parallel to the southerly
line of said Lot 2 a distance of 110 feet; thence northerly a
distance of 30 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 2 ;
thence easterly to a point of beginning, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under, and above
the above described parcel.
