RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
FEBRUARY 21, 2022, TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY
PANTHER BUILDERS, LLC FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "R-1,R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE
DISTRICT AND "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
FOR THIRTY-TWO (32) SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES,
LOCATED WEST OF 420 HARWOOD AVENUE (FORMER
EDISON SCHOOL SITE), AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st day of February
2022, to approve the request by Panther Builders, LLC for a Site Plan Amendment to the "R-1,R-
P" Planned Residence District and "C-P" Planned Commercial District for thirty-two (32) single-
family homes, located West of 420 Harwood Avenue (former Edison School site).
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February 2022.
