RESOLUTION NO. 2022-087
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
SOURCEWELL CONCERNING COOPERATIVE
PURCHASING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement dated February 7, 2022, between Sourcewell
(Formerly known as National Joint Powers Affiance) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
procurement of products and services, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February 2022.
