RESOLUTION NO. 2022-094 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF NORTH CROSSING 3RD ADDITION, A TWENTY (20) LOT COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, IN THE "R-4, R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT, "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, AND "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, LOCATED NORTH OF 501 LAKESIDE STREET. WHEREAS, on this 7tn day of February 2022, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the North Crossing 3rd Addition, a twenty (20) lot commercial and residential subdivision, in the "R-4, R-P" Planned Residence District, "C-2" Commercial District, and "C-P" Planned Commercial District, located north of 501 Lakeside Street, was presented for approval by the City of Waterloo, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on December 28, 2021, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by the City of Waterloo, of the North Crossing 3rd Addition, a twenty (20) lot commercial and residential subdivision, in the "R-4, R-P" Planned Residence District, "C-2" Commercial District, and "C-P" Planned Commercial District, located north of 501 Lakeside Street, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
