RESOLUTION NO. 2022-095
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OPTION AGREEMENT
WITH CPM ACQUISITION CORP., FOR THE OPTION TO
SELL 2975 AIRLINE CIRCLE TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Option Agreement dated February 7, 2022, between CPM Acquisition Corp., of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa for the option to sell 2975 Airline Circle to the
City of Waterloo, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February 2022.
