AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 60 ) OF SECTION 540 ,
OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES, AND
BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS ( 60 )
AND ( 60a) TO SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL
TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES; AND BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS
( 2a) , ( 2b) , ( 6 ) , ( 7 ) , ( 8 ) , ( 11 ) , ( 12a) , ( 28a) ,
( 28b) , ( 49 ) , ( 99) , ( 99a) , ( 99b) , ( 99c) , ( 99d) ,
( 154a) , AND ( 154b) TO SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO
OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection ( 60 ) of Section 540, Obedience to
Official Traffic-Control Devices, of the 1988 Traffic Code,
is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsections
( 60 ) and ( 60a) of Section 540 , Obedience to Official
Traffic-Control Devices, of the 1988 Traffic Code, are
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 60 ) Eleventh St. (W) and Hwy. 218 (Washington St. )
northbound--Full Actuated
( 60a) Eleventh St. (W) and Hwy. 218 (Washington St. )
southbound--Full Actuated
That Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic-Control
Devices, of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby amended by
adding subsections ( 2a) , ( 2b) , ( 6) , ( 7 ) , ( 8 ) , ( 11 ) , ( 12a)
( 28a) , ( 28b) , ( 49 ) , ( 99 ) , ( 99a) , ( 99b) , ( 99c) , ( 99d) , ( 154a)
