AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION 2,
SPECIAL PERMIT SITE PLANS, OF SECTION 2A-59, FEES,
OF PART XXVIII-A, FEES; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION 2, SPECIAL PERMIT SITE
PLANS, OF SECTION 2A-59, FEES, OF PART XXVIII-A,
FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection 2 , Special Permit Site Plans, of
Section 2A-59, Fees, of Part XXVIII-A, Fees, of Waterloo
Zoning Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, is hereby repealed in
its entirety; that a new Subsection 2, Special Permit Site
Plans, of Section 2A-59 , Fees, of Part XXVIII-A, Fees, of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:

A. Minor changes in Special Permit
Site Plans (churches, schools, etc. ) $40. 00
B. Original Special Permit Site Plans or
significant changes to previously
approved Special Permit Site Plans $75. 00
