AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. Two Hundred fifty-seven ( 257 )
TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. Two
Hundred fifty-six ( 256 ) , of said Section, the following
Subsection No. Two Hundred fifty-seven ( 257) .
"257 .
SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 except the easterly 330 feet of Sec.
32 , T 89 R 13
and
Part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 32, T 89, R 13
beginning at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said section thence easterly 990 ft. thence northerly 675
feet along part of the East line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of said section thence southwesterly to point of beginning
and
Part of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 32 , T 89 , R 13 beginning at a
point 420 feet south of the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of said section thence southerly to the SE corner of
the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said section thence westerly 330
feet thence northerly 1 , 995 feet thence northeasterly to
point of beginning except commencing at a point on the East
line of Sec. 32 which is 1,180. 5 feet north of the SE corner
of said section thence westerly 200 feet thence northerly
200 feet thence easterly 200 feet thence southerly 200 feet
to point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "U-1"
Unclassified District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-2,P"
Planned Industrial District as above described and restricting
the area to "M-1" Light Industrial uses. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
