AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX ( 256) TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. Two
Hundred fifty-five ( 255) , of said Section, the following
Subsection No. Two Hundred fifty-six ( 256) .
"256.
Lots No. 1, 2, 3 , 4 , 15, 16, 17 and 18 in Block 2, Warneka's
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2", One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"M-2" , Heavy Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
