AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE PLATTED BUILDING
LINE AT 209 ZACHARY COURT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line:
Lot 12, Pro's Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: December 11, 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: December 11, 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: December 11, 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: December 11, 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
