AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT AT 404 AUBURN STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The southerly 26. 40 feet of the northerly 41.68 feet of the
easterly 7. 00 feet of the Westerly 8 . 00 feet of Lot 12,
Block 1, Hillcrest First Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: December 11, 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: December 11, 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: December 11, 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: December 11, 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
