AN ORDINANCE VACATING A SIDEWALK ADJOINING PROPERTY AT
1010 ACKERMANT STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 60' sidewalk adjoining Lot 17, Block 1 of Ackermant
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of November, 1989, and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of November, 1989.
