AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 6) BLACK HAWK ROAD UNDER SECTION
2 OF SECTION 569, TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION ( 6) BLACK HAWK ROAD UNDER SECTION 2 OF
SECTION 569, TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection ( 6) Black Hawk Road under Section 2 of
Section 569, Truck Traffic Prohibited on Certain Streets , of the
1988 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection ( 6) Black Hawk Road under Section 2 of Section 569,
Truck Traffic Prohibited on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code , is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 6) Black Hawk Road Fletcher Avenue to Downing Street,
and Oriole Avenue to Katoski Drive

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 23 , 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 23 , 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 23rd day of October, 1989, and approved by
the Mayor on the 25th day of October, 1989.
