AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING DIVISION 3 ,
CONWAY CIVIC CENTER BOARD (SECTION 2-186 THROUGH
SECTION 2-191 ) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
as follows:
That Division 3 , Conway Civic Center Board (Section 2-186
through Section 2-191 ) of the 1988 Code of Ordinances of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
INTRODUCED: October 16, 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 16, 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 16 , 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 16, 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 16th day of October, 1989, and approved by
the Mayor on the 18th day of October, 1989.
