AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 238 ) RIDGEWAY AVENUE (WEST) OF
SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (238 ) RIDGEWAY AVENUE (WEST) OF SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED A', ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA as follows:
That Subsection ( 238 ) Ridgeway Avenue (West) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets , of the 1988
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection ( 238 ) Ridgeway Avenue (West) of Section 551 , Parking
Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
238 Ridgeway Avenue North and south sides from Kimball
(West) Avenue to the westerly city limits.
