AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENTS ON
TRACTS J AND K IN CEDAR CREST IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The Northwesterly 10 feet in even width of Tract J and the
Southeasterly 10 feet in even width of Tract K, in Cedar
Crest, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 9 , 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 16, 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 16, 1989
