BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: The southwesterly four ( 4) feet of Wellington Court lying northwesterly of West Fifth Street and Southeasterly of a line described as follows: beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 1 , Block 5 , Millers Addition to Waterloo that is 129 . 9 feet Northwesterly of West Fifth Street; thence easterly to a point described as being five ( 5) feet Southeasterly of the beginning point, as measured along the southwest line of Wellington Court, and four ( 4) feet Northeasterly of the southwest line of Wellington Court, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
