AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF SIDEWALK ADJOINING
1230 AVON AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The northerly 30 feet of sidewalk adjoining 1230 Avon Avenue
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: October 2 , 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 2 , 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 9, 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 16, 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 16th day of October, 1989, and approved by
the Mayor on the 18th day of October, 1989.
