AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CITY SIDEWALK LOCATED IN THE
VICINITY OF WEST PARKER AND DAVID STREETS IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
139 feet of sidewalk along the easterly side of 505 West
Parker Street, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 2 , 1989
