AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 171 ) LOGAN AVENUE OF SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 171 )
LOGAN AVENUE OF SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY ADDING SUBSECTION
( 251A) SERGEANT ROAD TO SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection ( 171) Logan Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 171 ) Logan Avenue of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 171) Logan Avenue West side from Almond Street to Edwards
Street; west side from Center Street to
W. Parker Street; east and west sides
from W. Parker Street to northerly city
limits.
That a new Subsection ( 251a) Sergeant Road of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988
Traffic Code is hereby added as follows:
( 251a) Sergeant Road Both sides from the southerly city
limits to University Avenue.
